The service
LeadCatch replies to your missed calls by SMS, captures the caller’s response, and logs it as a lead with follow-up prompts. Setup is done for you as part of the one-off setup fee.
Pricing & billing
£650 one-off setup, then £75/month. Monthly billing, no long contract. Cancel with one month’s notice by email — no retention scripts, no exit fees.
Your responsibilities
Use LeadCatch only for calls to your own business number, tell your customers how their data is handled (we provide wording), and don’t use the service to send marketing spam. SMS replies are for responding to people who called you.
Our responsibilities
We keep the service running, monitor it, and support you with a human. If we materially fail to provide the service in a given month, you don’t pay for that month.
Your data
Your leads, your call history, your customer relationships — yours. Export everything as CSV at any time. On cancellation we delete remaining data on request within 30 days.
Liability
LeadCatch is a tool that reduces missed-call losses; it does not guarantee any specific number of recovered jobs. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
