Privacy, in plain words.
The short version: we collect the minimum, keep it in the UK, and never sell it. The detail follows.
Who we are
LeadCatch (“we”) provides missed-call recovery for UK businesses. We act as a data processor for our customers’ caller data and as a data controller for information you give us directly (for example, when you book a demo).
What we collect
If you book a demo: your name, mobile number, trade and (optionally) email. If you use LeadCatch as a customer: caller numbers, call times, message content and lead details submitted by your callers. We do not scrape contacts, track location, or buy data.
Why we collect it
To run the product (replying to missed calls and logging leads), to contact you about a demo you requested, and to support your account. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add anyone to marketing lists without explicit consent.
Where it lives
All personal data is processed and stored on UK infrastructure, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries: 12 months, then deleted. Customer lead data: for the life of the account plus 30 days, unless you configure a shorter retention window. Erasure requests are honoured within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data at any time. Email hello@leadcatch.co.uk — a human answers.
